    The Technician called to let me know he was on his way to complete the work that was requested. He arrived on time and did great work to resolve my issue which was a backed up sewer line that was causing issues with my drains in my house. I would recommend Air Pro Master to anyone looking for great service to whatever your maintenance needs are that need repair or serving.

    Special thanks to Dominick, Air Pro picked up my home warranty repair ticket quickly and sent Dominick. That plumbing issue was resolved quickly but I had another issue, hot water tank, to discuss with him. I know it needed to be replaced, the only question, how much? After a short discussion, I agreed. It replacement turned out GREAT. Very happy with Air Pro's timing and service.

    We went through our home warranty to have a shower valve replaced. The technician showed up from Air pro master here in las Vegas. He took the valves apart the put them back on backwards. I addition he left the temperature at scalding hot with no way to change. We called the company to complain and they sent the same guy back who started blaming us for the problem. I ended up asking him to leave our house. He was arrogant, disrespectful and I told him to never come back again. I then called the air, master air pro master company to complain about what had just happened and their answer was I’ll just get another vendor then and don’t use us . How sad is that? I could never recommend this company with their poor attitude towards customer service. Bottom line is we had a shower that worked and ended up with one that does not. All we were asking for was a valve adjustment. I guess it is time to call a reputable contractor

    Honest employees and company. The tech took photos of my system and sent them to me. Was careful to explain issues so they were easily understood. He made adjustments so the system works more efficiently. Excellent customer service! Have used this company since I purchased my home in 2017. Never disappointed with the service provided. Highly recommend!

    My grandpa trusted this company to keep his HVAC running smoothly, but instead he got a nightmare. The technician showed up late, rushed through the job, and left without explaining anything. Within days, the system was louder, less efficient, and clearly neglected. When we reached out for help, the company brushed us off like it wasn’t their problem.
