  We used Affordable Flooring & More earlier this year and they were fantastic. From customer service to install, we were very happy with the entire process. We recarpeted our upstairs. They let us bring samples back and forth and did not rush us as we made a selection. We narrowed it down to a few options. When they came out for measurement and to see which option we picked, he sat us down and explained the the option I chose (the most expensive of our choices) might not be the best option because we have cats. He showed us how their claws could snag the loops. He recommended one of our other choices that happened to be the least expensive. We appreciated this because so many contractors seem to try to upsell and don't care about the final product or customer satisfaction. The install guys were quick and did a phenomenal job. One of the guys walked around with us at the end and he was all smiles, clearly proud of the work and our reaction (our old carpet was super old so it was a big deal). I would definitely use this company again and cannot recommend them enough.

  Had my LVP installed 6 months ago and they did a great job, however, the 5 stars was earned by their customer support and honoring their warranty and work. Had some separation happening from a broken tab on the LVP. Instead of taking the cheap way out and glueing another run place. They opted for the full fix of pealing the flooring back and replacing it the right way. No complaints, no hassle, worth every penny. Thank you!

  These guys were just totally awesome! They were very prompt timely work quality was excellent. Work ethic was excellent. Office Staff was very helpful and communicative. Lived up to their name and we’re a heck of a lot more competitive than RC Willy.

  We had all of our flooring replaced and the process was fantastic. They were very professional, punctual and helpful all along the way. We couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Happily recommend them to anyone with flooring needs.
