Left the bathroom unusable for more than a week and when they left permanently, they left refused to clean up the chemicals they sprayed over the entire room, leaving an insufferable toxic chemical smell that permeated the entire house for weeks. They claimed its not their job to clean up their own antifungal chemical mess.

When they did a sewage clean up at my house they assured me insurance would cover it and that I should do as much damage control as possible...well my bill ended up being ~$9,400 when I learned that insurance would not cover it. They sent me an invoice but I was 9 months pregnant and went into labor followed by a subsequent hospitalization. When my health improved, I saw that I had received a second email/invoice in my inbox. I replied that I would put the check in the mail that day and apologized for the lateness. They said they had already involved lawyers and now requested ~$5,000 additional dollars in "legal fees." I was shocked - I had received only two emails total, zero phone calls, and as far as I knew no legal processes had even begun yet. Anyway, long story short, my experience with this company was really awful and while I understand that I should have paid the bill right away, using fear-tactics and aggressive out-of-state lawyers to scare new moms who are more than willing to pay a reasonable late fee seems pretty like horrendous customer service (and a total lack of humanity).

We talked with Vlad and got a good understanding of how the remediation process works. The day after meeting with us, we accepted his written proposal and the job started and ended as stated. Vlad was there for all stages of the job which was greatly appreciated. Also, we felt that the price was fair. I definitely recommend 911 Restoration and would not hesitate to call on Vlad again!
