This last time he called from Golden valley to let me know he was leaving and heading to my house. The 6 hour window is a way to long but they always call before heading out so you didn't have to sit home for hours waiting.

Louis is an excellent sales representative and was also the one who installed the units. So it was nice not to have the sale handed off. Louis took his time with his presentation, made sure my mom understood and was kind to our family pooches. I am grateful for Louis and his professionalism, knowledge of his product and patience when training. Louis was accompanied by Anthony on the day of the installation. Louis’s follow through and attention to detail is someone you want to come into your home for an important installation such as a water softer/RO system. So thank you gentlemen for taking the time to assure the units were installed and working appropriately. And thank you Louis for being on time and for your humble spirit.
