Jason was very thorough and professional. He checked all components and mentioned it was best to replace whole unit rather than repair. Was very sympathetic to our concerns. This was only a service call which was at no cost to us to be told our 15 year old unit was not feasible to repair for the cost.

He performed the annual check up and made a couple of repairs. He performed quality workmanship. I have been with Ambient Edge and Plumbing By Jake for a few years now and they have always been very responsive and performed excellent service.

Helped us thru the warranty process with the faulty water heater, picked up a new one and removed and replaced with the new unit. Blaine is professional, courteous, knowledgeable about his trade and a pleasure to work with. Takes the time to explain the process and works to complete the job to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this technician and Ambient Edge.

He suggested I get my vents cleaned and the people that clean the vents were calling me the next day to schedule. They cleaned everything up like they weren’t even there. The guy that came to do my AC startup was also very nice and professional. That’s when I signed up for their VIP service. Now I have a new HVAC system that I don’t have to worry about.
