Once we agreed m, he completed the repairs in a timely manner the same day. I would enthusiastically recommend this company and in particular this technician if your garage door needs attention.

He even offered to grab me a drink when stopping for gas — how thoughtful is that? Adrian was incredibly kind, professional, and easygoing. He took the time to explain what was going on with our broken garage door and helped us understand our options without any pressure or upselling. Unfortunately, we’ll need a new door — but fortunately, we had Adrian to guide us through it. He’s one of those rare service pros who genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. If you get the chance to work with him, you’ll be in great hands. Seriously, he’s just a super cool, good-hearted guy. Highly recommend!

I had previously gone with another guy operating on his own that used all wrong parts for our size door which caused pretty much everything to break. Jeremy came out and showed me where everything had broken and compared the parts to what they should have been. Jeremy was able to get the work done quickly and efficiently and I’m super pleased with his work. He was straight up with me on costs and advocated for me which made me feel good as the client. Will definitely go with A1 again but will specifically ask for Jeremy if anything else needs work. I’ll also use him for my rental property if anything happens there.
