After a week of dealing with them I found another company that was able to install a new water heater the next day. When I informed Heather that I no longer needed a water heater but I would still like a quote for my furnace this was the response I received. "Kim, This is heather from KAP. Unfortunelty we had to leave on an emergency service call. I was also just instructed that we are at capacity and unable to take on any new clients. I would suggest that you have the company who is installing your water heater also give you pricing for your furnace. We wish you the best in your repairs." Clearly they did not value my business. If they truly were at capacity and unable to take on new clients, wouldn't they have known that when I first called? I will never recommend this company.
