Nathan was very helpful in discussing types of natural stone, selections of available tiles. He contacted various distributors to make sure they had the tile we wanted for our bathroom. Excellent customer service to ensure you purchased tile at a reasonable price. The distributor sent the wrong size tile, Nathan immediately notified the company and had them send a new shipment of the correct size tile. Not only did he remedy the situation, he graciously drove the tile up to our house in anticipation of the tile guy who was scheduled to install the tile the next day. We were so impressed that Nathan recognized the importance of receiving the correct shipment of tile in a timely manner, and delivered to our house. Words cannot express our gratitude for all his efforts at making our Bathroom model dream come true. I would highly recommend Tile Outlet in Carson City for their superior service, excellent knowledge of tile products and professionalism. They definitely deliver. Thanks again.

They have a large selection of tile, mosaics, engineered wood, laminate, vinyl, granite, quartz, countertops, cabinets… You name it, they have it. It was a “One stop shop” for my addition. Honest, Fair and easy to work with. Ad I didn’t have to go 20 different places to get the job done. They helped design my bathroom and it came out amazing!
