He actually got us up and running and completely fixed in one day! He did what two others couldn’t even figure out. Great service and on time. Combo boilers require a skilled technician and that is exactly who Steven is with Red Bear Mechanical! We are so grateful and so happy because our home at Tahoe was freezing. Thank you thank you thank you. Don’t call anyone else. Trust Red Bear!

He took pictures of the blower motor and said we will keep an eye on it as it has signs of oil leak. The voltage checks out alright. When I get my air conditioner checked in the spring. He will check it then.

Their technician, Steven, was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained every problem with my baseboard heating system that needed to be replaced/repaired. My system is "ancient." But, it was fixable. (I was happy to hear it could be fixed!) He worked effectively and efficiently. His explanations were clear. He left the area even cleaner than it was, too. I also signed up for the annual plan. The office staff was friendly and informative. THANK YOU, STEVEN and RED BEAR MECHANICAL.
- LCLily CashaNov 13, 20255.0This review is a bit overdue but warranted. We had a great experience with Red Bear, our technician Chris was very professional and kind. He came out on a very hot day to install a new water heater that took him almost 4 hours to do and the entire time he had a great attitude never complained about the heat or rush through the job because of the heat. The installation was very clean and he even went above and beyond and repaired the edge of our hot water heater mounting platform. Which was much appreciated. He made sure that everything worked smoothly and showed us how to use it before he left. But it didn’t end there, he called the following day to check in and we thought that was it but he called again a week later just to make sure that all was well. Great customer service and care. We highly recommend them.

He went through and serviced/repaired my system very quickly. He also noticed things that were wrong with the installation, and fixed those. His service was excellent and these guys have a customer for life. Thanks Red Bear Mechanical. You guys are great.
