Chris, a very friendly guy, laid out all of the plumbing with an artistic engineer’s eye. After the installation, he came back to make some minor adjustments and took the time to investigate a “ticking” sound one of our radiator strips was making and to answer my many questions. I will definitely call Chris/Red Bear for future work.
