    I recently purchased a house in Genoa, Nevada. I called several painters and Joe’s Painting was the only company that had a person answer the telephone when I called. The rest of the companies had telephone recorders and you had to leave a message for someone to call you back. Some called back and several never bothered to return my call. I made arrangements for Joe’s Painting to give me an estimate on the job. They showed up on time and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable price. I scheduled the job and (5) painters painted the interior of a 2700 square foot house two story house in (2) days. I was pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use Joe’s Painting again.

    Left in the middle of the job. House looks like garbage.. Speaking of which, they left garbage in my yard and in my neighbors yard too. They left open paint buckets for my dog to get into. They left tape and plastic on my doors and windows as if I don't have to leave or see outside for another week or 2 until they return (whenever that may be). Paint is peeling off within an hour of them leaving. Left tape and paper on our lights. Broke my gate and dryer vent and didn't fix them, removed downspouts from the wall and didn't reattach. I mean, really.... They gave a license to this guy!!?? Don't call this guy. I'll be reporting him to the contractors board and to the BBB.

    I asked them to do an estimate on a property that I have that is currently being rented. They told me they came to do the estimate but "no one was there, and that they are too booked up to reschedule or do the work". Frustrated by this, I called my tenant who claimed she was home all day, and that no one came at the scheduled time to do the bid. I am guessing since they were "too busy" to reschedule the estimate or "do the work" that they never actually showed up for the estimate. There is no need to waste my time, schedule a time with my tenant (therefore wasting her time) then lie and be rude about it later. If I ever need painting work done again, I will not even consider them.
