- MSMichael Staples1 day ago5.0Presidential installed a Daikin Fit ducted heat pump in our two story home in June of 2025. They also removed our older forced air oil furnace + oil tank and performed an electrical upgrade to 200 amps. The entire process from initial quote to final payment and inspection was flawless. Shane proved us with an install quote quickly after his initial visit and kept us updated throughout the install process. Bill provided us with a detailed electrical quote and explained each factor impacting cost. Bill and his team coordinated with NS power to complete the 200 amp panel upgrade and we were only without power for about 12 hours. When it looked like we were going to be out of power overnight due to NS power not returning to complete final sign off Bill went out of his way to source a back up generator for us to get us through the evening. Although we didn’t end up needed this it was greatly appreciated. On the day of the heat pump install Jacob, James, Eugene, Bryce and Myles worked effectively and efficiently to complete the heat pump install and ensure everything worked as intended with the new electrical panel. They explained what they were planning to do during the install and let us know if there were any complications along the way so we could collectively decide the best path forward. Once the install was complete we were shown how to set up the unit for optimal performance and how to care and maintain the unit. The heat pump provided comfortable and efficient cooling in the summer and now provides great heating during the colder months. Our estimated heating power usage for October was only $20 which is much cheaper than our previous oil bills. Being able to control the temperature and settings from your phone and Amazon Alexa / Google home is a bonus as well. Krystal made it easy to make the final payment once the install was complete and provided all registration certificates. Nicholas provided the required warranty information via email and outlined the different options available to us. Overall I would highly recommend Presidential Ventilation to anyone for their heat pump and electrical needs.

They charged me for diagnosing the problem, but afterward told me that the parts were not available. I only found this out two days later when I called to follow up — they never informed me themselves. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

My first contact was with Shane Lively who attended the house, provided a quote and booked the appointment for installation. Shane answered all my questions. Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The installation technicians were friendly, hard working, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and once the work was completed, explained how the system worked. They are all an asset to the company. The system was installed in July and has worked great. I would not hesitate to recommend Presidential Ventilation Systems.
