She scheduled the appointment and the plumber came out early. I was quoted a high price and told my water heater warranty had expired. The plumber told me there would be a fee of $100+ if I didn't accept the quote which I did not. I would have checked around for other quotes prior to their visit had I been told my warranty had expired and not paid the $100+ fee. Very disappointed since I have been a loyal customer and promoted them to many people. I will take my business elsewhere.
