I've worked with Keegan (if I remember the name right), Tristan, and Edwin, and had fantastic experiences with each. Each was extremely professional, helpful, and honest with pricing. They are very detailed with the terms of their membership and are willing to answer ANY questions you might have about it. They've been extremely reliable and have even reached out to warn of "busy schedules" in case you need something done before a season change. Had them back over today for the seasonal change over and as always had no issue.

Since signing, my bills have stayed the same (or even gone up), and I feel completely misled. I’ve reached out for clarification, but the explanations have been vague and unhelpful. I wouldn’t have signed the contract if I’d known the pricing wouldn’t change as promised. Definitely make sure you get everything in writing and confirmed before committing to anything with them.

When really they like to rip you off. They couldn’t even fix a simple solution my husband figured it out!

First installation they did not turn water heater back on. Left house smelling of gas so bad we had to call fire department and go to ER! They do not respond to their after hours emergency calls. 1 week in of this mess we are still without heat. 😔
