- SASteven AlgerAug 5, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. The workers that came out to my house were fantastic. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I have a three year warranty on the pump so I thought, good, I can get it replaced. I didn’t know there was a labor charge replacing the old pump. A charge that is substantially more, almost double, than other drillers in the area. I called Statewide. No change in labor charges. I had a question so I called back and they hung up on me!

- KRKat RolenOct 2, 20195.0Statewide Drilling Inc is nothing short of fantastic. The pump in our well started causing weird surges in our water pressure. I called Statewide and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately we needed a whole new pressure tank thingie (as you can see, I'm quite the expert on wells and pumps). They had the new tank there and hooked up by that evening, so there was very little time with our water turned off. They warned us it might be 1-2 weeks in order to get the locate done, dig up the old tank and bury the new tank, but it was all done within 4-5 days. I was dreading getting the bill, but almost fell over when it actually came, it was so much LESS than I had expected. I will call Statewide immediately any time I need help with my well.
