- BVBob ValinskiFeb 14, 20191.0I didn't want to believe the bad reviews. I had used North Pole 10 years ago on a previous house and they were very professional. NOT ANYMORE! It took two appointments before someone showed up to give me a quote......he claimed the truck broke down on the first one. We agreed on a price and date for the insulation, so I took the day off to be here, only to get a text that morning that they weren't showing up because they had to finish another job. We agreed on a date two weeks later when I would be home.....confirmed it two days prior.......then they don't show up. Didn't even get a phone call. I called, and got the story about the truck breaking down, but they would get back to me the next morning to reschedule. I called them the next afternoon since I didn't hear from them.....they said that the mechanic hadn't gotten back to them. So now it's thursday, and they are not even responding to my texts if they are coming this week. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING NORTH POLE INSULATION......they apparently don't want your business.
