I honestly know that Paxos has set the bar for customer service far above their competitors. History: 3yr old 20kw generator running 5-6 hour flawlessly just shut down, I tried manually restarting the generator several times to no avail. Little did I know not only does the generator protect itself but the house also with built in safety measures. Paxos was on it within a very reasonable time. With multiple power company trucks blocking access to my property Paxos service rep never complained about carrying tools a good distance to diagnose and repair the problem. This company is top notch.
