  Emails stating he had appointment at 12 and 2 would be better. Did not show. Ill post emails and texts on site so you all kn9w he doesn't even remember what he says.my realtor agent and I and another person waited. Albert calls at 227pm, now it's on speaker for which we all heard him. Ill be sure to let them see the joke style text you sent me. Like this was done purposely

  Look no further if you are looking for a great home inspector! Albert and B Sure Home Inspection Services is everything you want in a home inspection! He was punctual, and there before we arrived ensuring that the exterior of the property was in good condition. During every step of the inspection, he took the time to explain to us what exactly he was looking at. He explained it in simple terms so we understood what he was explaining, and it helped us get a better understanding of how severe the problem was. In his report everything was broken down and what I liked most was that everything he noted had photos. His attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring nothing was overlooked and every aspect was thoroughly documented. My realtor was insistent that they had their own inspector they always use, and I am sure many other realtors are the same. I recommend Albert and B Sure Home Inspection Services over their appointed inspector any day! By hiring him you know you are getting quality service, and he is truly working to help you find defects on one of the largest purchases of your life.

  As a first-time home buyer I want to thank you for the inspection. You've inspected from the chimney all the way to the basement and what was wrong in pictures as a paper trai showing proof of everything in the blue yellow and red. I was your friend when I saw the blue 💙 when I saw the yellow I raised my eyebrow 🤨 And when I saw the red🛑 I had wanted to fight you. I just want to say that for all that you are and all that You have done and continue to do I thank you for educating me on this experience now I know what to look for and be prepared for moving forward into the future when I get my next home thanks Emanuell
