The toilet has a rear outlet draining into the wall and Sam installed it with no issues. I will definitely call if I need a plumber in the future. Thank you for getting the bathroom up and running again!

But the technician Shea was great; kind, respectful, polite and thorough. it was a rainy awful day out and he was so careful to keep the floor clean and did not complain. he was patient and kind to my kid who kept wanting to see what was going on. of course i wished the price was less but i think it was fair for the job.shea at least seemed to thoroughly try the cheaper route first and was relatable with the unexpected cost. the woman or women i spoke to on the phone both days were really kind as well with great customer service skills. (Good customer service skills goes very far with me!) ty ASAP for getting us up a running again (and to help me remind my kids what NOT to flush down the toilet 😆)
