Mel Colvin was my plumber and he was not only knowledgeable but friendly,accommodating and most importantly HONEST. I don't want to deal with anybody else. The company told me he wouldn't be the until 4 pm. He showed up about 30 minutes after I called at 1230pm. He is a blessing. Thank you so much!!!

Thankfully the weather warmed up from the first winter freeze, but there was still concern the pipes could freeze and burst. A.M. Botte came out that night and started the process in the dark of winterizing the pipes. They returned 2 mornings later to thoroughly finish the job. Melvin was friendly and courteous.

They also were able to connect me with a local remediation company. Water back on in an hour with brand new tank installed along with all of the standing water cleaned up. Thank you Melvin and Am Botte !!
