We had NMP team ( Ardi and assistant ) come over to my house to check everything from basement to kitchen , drainage and installation locations , permits application discussion , . The day of install , they send a team member ( not a registered plumber but someone who knows how to do this kind of work- the company probably doesn’t even have registered plumbers ) , who came in and said it will be $500 extra because he has to put rectangle hole in the wall else it won’t pass the town inspection. I immediately emailed Ardi to send someone else as the initial quote was after thorough inspection by him but they could care less . Like really care less . They just wanted the $500 extra . Really disappointed and feeling tricked by NMP sales model . Hope they don’t get their business from other customers like this and waste people’s time . Careful before calling them and don’t believe their quote is final !!
