I live in a VERY OLD house with a very old boiler, that seems to break down every year despite my calling for annual service/PSEG visits etc. Shawn and Pawel showed up exactly on-time, the work was done exactly in the amount of time predicted and for the first time since I have lived in this house, the tech clearly explained to me what was going on and why it got to the point it had. I didnt feel like I was being sold something I didnt need (ie a new boiler) and I no longer need to crank my heat up to 72 to get heat upstairs! Such a professional group. Will never turn anywhere else for my plumbing and heating needs. THANK YOU

They had to open up a section of wall to do the work, and when they had finished, they sheet-rocked the hole and cleaned up beautifully. All is working now. REALLY GREAT JOB, thank you Pawel and Jakub of Mazzer Plumbing!!

The first tech couldn’t find the problem at first, but they didn’t give up—they kept at it until they found the issue and fixed it that same night. They even followed up the next day to make sure the toilet was reinstalled properly. The technician was really pleasant and determined to get it right. He took his time checking everything, and once he heated the pipe and unclogged it, you could hear the clear flow—even after snaking almost 80 feet! The office staff were great too—quick to answer calls and helpful in explaining everything. Overall, I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
