- LDLinda DiLorenzo4 days ago5.0If you want to hire an experienced honest hardworking professional Joe from Pro Dry Waterproofing is the man you want! I am a Section Board member residing in Eagle Ridge in West Orange and we had 2 units with water intrusion in their crawl spaces. We received numerous quotes, and Joe’s was the most competitive and included everything necessary to perform the job. He explained why he felt work proposed by competitors wasn’t necessary. One of the residents insisted on replacing a lining that Joe advised was not necessary to replace because the existing lining had no evidence of issues. The resident paid for a new lining insisting the existing one had mold on the interior and when Joe removed the original lining, there was absolutely no evidence of mold making the replacement a waste of money. How many vendors would willing try to save a consumer money? Joe is honest, caring; he does excellent work, including Clean up and follow up. After the first hard rain following his repair of the water intrusion, he called to make sure there were no issues. He is a pleasure to work with and I would use him again if the need arises.

The guy that came said he knew exactly what the cause was and would even guarantee the work so if it didn't solve the issue they would come back until it was mitigated. I hired them on the spot. Here we are a little over a year later and not only is my issue still present(there was no change after the work was done), but I've basically been ghosted. I emplore anyone considering this company to stay away. A complete waste of money and time.
