- NANaomi AvnerOct 20, 20251.0Customer service and communication is lacking. There are plenty of flooring companies that don't talk to their customers the way Bill talked to my husband. I understand he may have been asking quotes and may not have been in the proper way. But we are already going through a stressful process of trying to get anyone to come in to measure flooring the day of closing (since we don't have access to the house for 30 days post close and have limited time to get flooring done when we can move in) Choose someone that has compassion and respect for their customers. The advice may have been good, but needs to be executed in a nicer way to get a client.

Bill, the owner, is an absolute man of integrity and it shows not only in the quality of work but also in the fairness of pricing. Both Bill and Peter are helpful and knowledgeable in the showroom and always do a great job of talking through my flooring needs and suggesting what will best accommodate what I’m looking for. And the work crews that have come out to do the flooring installs have been personable and respectful to me, my family, and my property.

We had our hardwood floors sanded and stained, carpet installed, and luxury vinyl plank installed- everything was flawless. We were really happy we stopped into their showroom to see what kind of product they had for luxury vinyl plank and their quality of product is 10x better than the big box stores. Thanks to Jim and his guys for making our home look incredible!

When the time was right, we called him, and he got us on the calendar that same week. They were in and out within 4 hours. Everything was put back exactly how it was originally.
