I told the office and the tech what I needed beforehand so Zero stars for the salesman shuffle. After the tech left I adjusted a pipe the noise went away. Since then the unit hasn't stopped working. Overall opinion of service, not trustworthy. The back order part was overnighted easily. No need to send the estimate for the new unit.
