I called Jenkins and they were onsite within an hour to diagnose the issue. They got things under control and were back first thing the next morning with the needed supplies to update the system. It was all very painless and prompt. They showed up on time, completed the job neatly and effectively, and everyone I spoke with (3 technicians, office dispatch) was all very helpful and friendly. Thanks for running an efficient business and providing excellent customer service.

He fixed it without trying to upsell me for more parts. He did recommend some maintenance that should be done in the future but my system is 30 years old so that’s to be expected. He left it up to me to decide for another time. Great guy!
