He explained to me what needed to be done in a way that made it easy for me to understand. He also went over the price for each service, and gave me a price, upfront, for the completed job. The price was fair. Brendan was very knowledgeable, explaining his findings and corrections/actions taken as he completed the repairs. All in all ... a positive and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use their services in the future. Thank you Brendan !
