A friend in my townhouse complex got her carpets from Fox Floors, so I ran to Fox after 5 in the afternoon, knowing they close at 6. Fifteen minutes later I paid a deposit on a remnant I liked at a good price and had an appointment to have the old carpet taken up and the new one put down. The guys showed up at 8 this morning, and by 9 they were done. They cleaned everything up and carted the old stuff away. Pleasant experience, and my room looks great. Family-owned business, no pushy salespeople, answered my questions, and helped me find what I was looking for. Will use them again in the future.
