    Had a small coal burning fireplace that was too small to burn wood, so we decided on a gas insert. Dennis was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He helped us pick the right insert for our house. His technicians came and ran the gas line, and installed the insert. Couldn't be happier, it's the best investment I made in my home.

    I had a terrible experience with the onwer Dennis he keeps lying and has a nerve to blame Customer what I did wrong never takes blame or apologies for .. things he did wrong .. makes promises and never meets them .. delays and you need to keep calling him to get possibly correct answer very poor customer relationship and well I would not recommend him to anyone .. if I knew I was going to have to deal with this ..I would never go there and give him a business .. obviously did not do a good homework my mistake however my advise again take your business elsewhere all he does collects money immediately but you as a customer you have to wait for ever .. so if you want Hussle or drama free work .. do the search .. and again go elsewhere

    My experience was awful! This guy insisted that they were the only ones that could install it properly and guess what, they messed it up. Because of this, I was unable to use the ($1000) doors that I bought (Stock, not custom) and he gave us a very difficult time returning them.

    These guys impressed me. The owner is on top of his game in my opinion. He's certainly has a lot of business, by the number of calls his staff was taking. He seemed to be able to handle it all with courtesy and a smile. He still had time for me, and answered my questions well. His prices were reasonable, with no surprises. His installation crew was surprisingly neat and clean. They are a registered Home Improvement contractor, and use a Licensed Electrician to do their electrical hook up. That gave me peace of mind. I would certainly recommend them to my friends.
