The serviceperson, Larry: - called me the day before my scheduled appointment to further discuss the job and answer any questions that I had - showed up on time (8am!) - was very communicative so I understood what was being done and why - worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job was over - finished before the scheduled time and only billed me for the hours that he was there - was trustworthy; When I presented a grandiose idea of my dream wall situation, Larry clearly explained how plaster has to be dealt with and why my “solution” would not be a permanent fix. He could have easily gone along with my unrealistic idea and charge me for work that would only serve as a temporary band-aid, but instead chose to be honest and transparent, saving me money in the end. I will definitely book Ace Handyman Services Montclair in the upcoming months to do additional work on a different part of my house!
