    I want to thank JC for handling our new windows. His knowledge and professionalism helped us make the right decision for our windows. We were able to get exactly what we needed to make our home more energy efficient. The warranties offered by Acre are top of the line and the fact that they do not use subcontractors and do the installs themselves. made us feel comfortable in our decision to move forward with them.

    The guys who came to fix our door lock were great. The lock was stuck and the door wouldn’t open. I thought it will take for hours for them to get it fixed but they did it very quick, and fixed screen door that was broken. They very very nice and knowledgeable.

    The repair men have been wonderful. They explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. I do have an issue with the follow up when you call the office. They tell you that you’ll get a call back with update on whether a part came I. But no call Back happens. Sad because we love the work they did on our living room windows.
