  My experience for a failed furnace was a learning experience. Dave C the technician diagnosed my furnace issues and explained in detail the issues. He also gave me options of repair and a new installation. Being that my heating system was over 24 years old and rusted due to salt air, I decided to have a sales representative give me a new installation proposal. This experience was informative and easy to deal with. Overall dealing with Broadley was a positive experience.

  We needed the water heater of our new home replaced quickly. Broadley’s was extremely responsive and able to get a technician out to our house and new heater installed in a matter of days. James was super helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend broadley’s if you want to job done right. Thank you!

  Broadleys is Top Notch! Contacted them to have Payne Furnace replaced. Upon my initial phone call was greeted by their representative who was friendly and knowledgeable. She said she would have Mark Parson contact me. Within an hour Mark contacted me and we went over what I needed. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and was customer driven. The job was scheduled within 5 days and was completed in 5 hours.And the two techs did an awesome job. My experience with Broadleys and there staff was above excellent. They are customer oriented, not pushy , timely and priced very reasonable. Will be using them from now on for all my HVAC work and maintenance.

  We have been customers for the last several years, getting air conditioning and heating service done every season. The service man came to our home yesterday and did winter service , informed us that there is a fan running on front of heating unit, should be ok but eventually will seize out. He also said shouldn’t use up much energy but keep an eye on it. We wake up today to no heat! Now our heat worked just fine up until the service . They come this morning said oh the thermostat is set wrong got the heat to go on . Another $175 because it wasn’t their fault! Paid service fee for season yesterday! 1 hour later heat off again, they come back and say we need new pressure switch, but if the heat goes out turn the gas switch off and on and it should go on again! That did not work and we are without heat until Monday when another company will come and give us quote for while new heating and air conditioning unit. The point is they never offered to refund the $175. Poor customer relations! We will get a new unit but not from Broadley’s.

  I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received on my AC units. I had reached out to schedule a cleaning appointment for my units, which were already in working condition and just needed their annual maintenance. However, the technician who arrived informed me that the capacitors needed to be replaced as they were not performing up to standard. He quoted me $300 per capacitor, which I found quite shocking. I was not expecting such a significant additional cost and expressed my concerns to the technician. I questioned his explanation of "not working good enough" and asked for clarification on what that meant. He replied that it was just below the specified requirements. I decided to look up the price of capacitors online and found that the exact same part that was quoted to me for $300 each was available on Amazon for under $20. I was taken aback by this revelation. I couldn't comprehend how a $20 part could cost $300 per unit when the technician was already on-site for the maintenance visit. I decided to consult with my neighbor, who also receives service for his units, to inquire if I was being overcharged. He contacted his HVAC company to confirm my suspicions and discovered that not only was I being scammed on the capacitor price, but the technician's explanation was also incorrect. According to his HVAC company, capacitors either work or they don't. To make matters worse, the technician replaced my Honeywell 4-inch filter with a 1-inch filter, stating that the 4-inch filter was only for contract customers. I was not pleased with this change at all. Despite paying $300 for the maintenance visit, I have decided to never use this company again due to their questionable practices and poor service.
