The outcome is amazing. The carpets are spotless and smell so good. Lucas also explained the proper way to spot treat the rugs in a more efficient way to hold my aunt over until the next deep clean. All our flooring needs are complete with the same floor being installed in our house over the past few years. We absolutely love this floor and the installation was great! They resolved a minor issue with a rocking toilet in record time! Their customer service is beyond compare. They went above and beyond and resolved the issue which we did not even know about. They could have told us to call a plumber to resolve it, but Joe contacted their contractor (I think his name was Jason, I’m horrible with names) and he took care of it efficiently and the problem was resolved😍 All we can say is thank you so much!!!
