- CSCarly StokesJun 26, 20232.01 of these stars are for the former employees of Mr. John. Since becoming United Site Services the service has gone completely downhill. They charge $$ for servicing the units, but they will only take photos of the logs and not actually service. Getting through to someone outside of the call center is a PITA. There are MUCH better companies out there... I would advise to not use them for services.

I had high hopes when I reached out to them on Monday to request a service for Friday. However, the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction that I experienced throughout this process has left me deeply disappointed. When I initially contacted United Site services, I was informed that they would return my call to confirm the service. Unfortunately, they failed to uphold their end of the agreement and never bothered to reach out. Concerned about the lack of communication, I took it upon myself to call their customer service on Wednesday and Thursday, seeking an update on my service request. To my dismay, each time I contacted the call center, I was met with a dismissive response. The representative I spoke to seemed disinterested and simply stated, "We take messages, and our operations team will call you back within 1 to 3 business days." This response was not only unhelpful but also indicative of a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service. As today is Friday, the day for which I requested the service, I am appalled to say that nobody from United Site services has bothered to call me back. Not only did they fail to schedule my service, but they also failed to honor the basic courtesy of returning a customer's call within a reasonable timeframe. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the company's reputation. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and have my needs addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, United Site services failed to deliver on these basic expectations. I strongly advise against using United Site services for any services. Their lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and inability to fulfill basic commitments have left me deeply dissatisfied. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will make sure to share my negative experience with others, in the hope that they can avoid the disappointment I have endured.
- AHAmy HunterApr 14, 20212.0Used Russell Reid for septic service. Service was promt. Truck came the next day and I didn't need emergency service. However, watch your invoices! The invoice I received from the driver indicated a certain price but, the invoice I received with my credit card the next day was charged a different price. It was higher by 225 dollars. I inquired about it twice and was told that the driver wasn't supposed to put the price per gallon on the invoice that was given to me. This is my fault because? 225 dollars is groceries for my family. I won't be doing business with them again. Update: After many phone calls,emails, and four weeks later a refund was FINALLY issued. My rating stands because this shouldn't have happened in the first place and, I was forced to become a hassle to them by calling nearly daily.
