The company charged my card $1 the day of the call and the customer service rep stated she would send the contract that same day. On 9/21/21 I called to confirm my rental since I had not received a contract the rep who answered the phone said she would check into it and call me back. No one called back. I call again on 9/24/21 in the morning to follow up on the rental. The rep who answered the phone said she would check into it and call back. No one called back. I call again on 9/24/21 in the afternoon the rep who answered said I had to speak with the rep who initially took the order. I waited on hold for 30 minutes before she came on to tell me that she never received a signed contract from me. I had her spell my email address which she spelled wrong. When I corrected her she said "that's what I said." I said no it wasn't. She stated she sent 3 emails which I never received. At this point the rep also tells me she does not have a driver to deliver the portable restroom on 9/25/21. I said this is very poor customer service. Any rep who answers the phone should have been able to say "we never received a sign contract from you" and the email issues could have been resolved. No one knew anything and never followed up with me after any of the calls I placed.
