He said, that I can’t answer for you. I explained that I never got the call back before. He said give it three days and basically and rushed me off the phone.

They haven't serviced the porta-potty in 3 weeks and I have called every day and sat on hold every time until I just gave up waiting. On avg I waited 15 to 20 minutes before giving up, the longest was 54 minutes, I just put my phone on speaker and put it down on my desk just to see if they would ever answer. My only option now is to stop payment on the credit card and see if that gets thier attention. By far the worst site service company I have ever used and I've been in construction management for 25 years

Specifically, the statute states that for single user portable toilets clustered at a single location, at least 5% but no less than one toilet unit shall be installed at each cluster whenever typical inaccessible units are provided. Accessible units shall also be identified by the International Symbol of Accessibility. The exception is that if portable toilet units are used exclusively by construction personnel who do not require the use of an A.D.A. unit, you are not required to comply with this statute.
