- ELEdward LardiereJul 29, 20211.0Unsatisfied customer! Iam a foreman for a local construction company. I call United to see why the port-a-potty on one of are sites was not serviced for 2 weeks. After being on hold for 20 minutes and being disconnected I finally got to speak with a representative. She couldn't tell me when they would be able to get someone out to service, or why it had not be done. She was kind enough to let me know i would be credited for the two weeks they did not service it. Thank you for not charging me for work you didn't do! I asked for a manager or supervisor and was told he would call me at his earliest convenience. That was Monday, today is Thursday. I guess not servicing there units is not one of their top priorities. I have also had issues with their payment portal on the website! Thank you United for your lack of customer service!
