  As a first time home buyer we were very happy with Cornerstone Home Inspection. The day of our inspection Mike was at the house before we were. He pointed out all things, small and large, and made sure that we understood how everything works and the conditions everything was in. He answered all our questions and was very professional and thorough.The report, which came back very quickly, was very detailed and helped us remember all the things we reviewed that day. I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone who needs a home inspection.

  I had a great experience with Cornerstone Home Inspections this past week. Mike arrived early and explained every step of the process in detail. He was very thorough and asked several times if I had any questions throughout the entire inspection. Mike explained all of the flaws the property had, and recommended ways on how to address those issues. He answered all of my questions and left me with a clear understanding of the home I am purchasing. The report provided to me was comprehensive and contained high quality pictures. The report was provided VERY quickly, I had all the information the next day. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed!

  First, we did not make it easy when scheduling our inspection, but they were more than accommodating so that we could schedule a convenient time. The inspector came early and discussed the inspection process with us. While doing the inspection, he demonstrated a remarkable attention to detail and great knowledge. He answered all of our questions and provided great guidance.

  Did a great job. Scanned the property, inspected pipes in the basement, and found no evidence of an underground oil tank. Highly recommend this company.

  We got clearance for a property we were interested in. We knew there were potential issues because it was an "as is" single family home. Our regular home inspector was on vacation and he recommended Michael from Cornerstone. Our first reaction was less than enthusiastic but after the first phone call I was relaxed enough to "give it a try". Michael volunteered to coordinate with several other specialists to do the thorough inspection we needed: a well water test, a septic tank inspection, wood boring insects, and underground tank sweep. It all worked out like a charm, everybody working together as an efficient team, and I got an education that alone is worth the price of the inspection. Michael and his friends took the time to show us where the potential problems were, explained the importance of the findings, and suggested either potential solutions or whom else to contact. My contractor was there with us, and he was thoroughly happy as we were. Michael spent over 2 hours with us and the reports came the next day. My wife and I were amazed at how easy they were to read and to understand, even for novices like us. Our contractor received the reports as well and we are going to meet tomorrow to adjust/revise our plans based on the inspection reports. If you are sort-of beginners like us, especially if you need to understand the issues to be able to make the right investment decision, we highly recommend Michael and his team at Cornerstone.
