  Our experience with Allied Experts was top notch!! There was a large crew who worked the entire day and finished the job, clean up included! The attic insulation was unbelievably neat and professionally done! They also installed a brand new Furnace and Air Conditioner.

  Jeremy Marks provided us with an excellent customer experience. He was knowledgeable, professional, no-pressure approach , and laid out multiple options for our project. We have been with Allied for over ten years, they had installed our upgraded HVAC back then, and they continue to provide excellent service since then. I highly recommend them.

  Rafael was the technician who conducted my weatherization assessment. He was thorough, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained all the testing and was very careful working throughout my home. He was a total professional and very nice. Extremely pleased with the experience.

  JUST DON’T- Incompetent electricians We hired Allied Experts back in August of 2025 to install a mini split system. In the beginning it was great; The person they send to sell it to you and the initial install team for the system itself. However, we needed some electrical work, which was part of the overall project that they swore they were able to do. This is where the entire company seemed to fall apart. The electrical team would never come when they said, they would cancel even when some of them were already at my home, and even when they completed some work they broke or left the electrical box completely unsafe (live wires falling out and nothing secured in place) multiple times needing to fix the work they have done. I also had to ask and request these things to be fixed, they did not just do it on their own and hoped I would not notice. They would often show up not knowing what they were supposed to do and leave. I even asked for the 1 electrician that initially broke electrical boxes and left things unsafe to not be sent to my home anymore, which he was then sent a few more times, leaving me in a tough spot saying I didn’t want him there. Problems continued even beyond that specific electrician. When I would call to speak with someone they would have someone who “Can’t do anything” answer the phone and typically refuse to let me speak to someone in charge of the work being completed. I was allowed to speak to the project manager once and felt like I was basically “yessed” the entire time and seemed like he was not even listening, which was confirmed by no changes made after the call. So, at the end of all of the work the units were installed in August without an issue, but it took the electricians from August- December 2025 to complete the work. Overall, it was a very painful process with this company, so do not use if you need anything beyond just a quick unit installed.
