- ACA ChoyAug 19, 20251.0Horrific experience. Unfortunately, my AC broke down during the height of the Summer in June into August 2025. It took 2 months to complete installation and in between that, they failed to communicate. Took ½ down payment for the expensive quote and fail to deliver in time and not update me on the delay. I keep calling and they will always say someone will call back but they never do. Finally in August 2025, the AC got installed but the installers were not experienced at all. They wired the machine to be on constantly. That was an energy waster and my utility company is ConEdison and they charge a lot for electricity. Overall, I will not be using Astacio Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical for any new projects on my property.

The installation was over a period of 8 very hot days. Michael S. and David S. worked so hard. They were cheerful and had time to stop and answer our questions and take our concerns into account. They were very knowledgeable about the system and its installation. Overall, a very good experience. We highly recommend Sila and especially Michael S. and David S.
