We hired NJ Construction to address a leak in our walk in shower. Juan the owner came and gave us a free estimate. He followed it up with a detailed email with the scope of the work and what we thought was a very fair price. His crew was able to come within a week. They completed the work on time and on budget. They even noticed some small details on their way out, and fixed it before they left. Also a shout out to Nicole who we believe is the office manager. She did a great job with the scheduling and answering our questions.Only thing left to say is Highly Recommend!

We had an excellent experience with this general contractor. They were professional, reliable, and detail-oriented from start to finish. The team communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and delivered high-quality workmanship. Every aspect of the project was handled with care, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with their work and would gladly hire them again for future projects.

We could not be happier with the work NJ Construction did on our home! Janny and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Our basement and kitchen work was done on time, the initial estimate never changed and the work was completed beautifully. Highly recommend NJ Construction for any job!

Frequently Asked Questions About New Jersey Construction

When Do I Need a New Roof?

There are several signs that indicate it may be time to replace your roof. Look out for these common signs: 1. Age of the Roof: Most roofs last between 20 to 25 years. If your roof is approaching this age, it might be time for a replacement. 2. Visible Damage: Look for cracked, curled, or missing shingles. If you notice significant wear and tear, a new roof might be necessary. 3. Leaks and Water Damage: If you find water stains on your ceiling or walls, it may be due to leaks in your roof, signaling the need for a replacement. 4. Granules in Gutters: Asphalt shingles shed granules over time. If you find an accumulation of granules in your gutters, it’s a sign your roof is deteriorating. 5. Sagging Roof: A sagging roof is a serious issue, often indicating structural problems that require a new roof. 6. Energy Efficiency Issues: If your home feels drafty or you’re experiencing higher energy bills, it could be due to roof inefficiency.

How Much is the Average Cost of a New Roof?

The cost of a new roof can vary greatly depending on several factors, such as roof size, materials, and labor. On average, homeowners in the U.S. can expect to pay anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 for a new roof. However, this can be higher or lower depending on the following: • Material Choice: Asphalt shingles are typically the most affordable, while materials like metal, tile, or slate can cost significantly more. • Roof Size: The larger the roof, the higher the cost due to the amount of material and labor required. • Roof Pitch and Complexity: A steep or complex roof design may require more time and effort to install, increasing the price. • Geographic Location: Roofing prices can vary depending on where you live due to labor costs and material availability. For a more accurate estimate, it’s best to schedule a consultation with a licensed roofing contractor to assess your home’s needs.
