We got another estimate and discovered that it just needed reset after heavy winds and it was working fine. Heat was back on in two minutes. Garon T turned off the gas switch so that we could not get the heat to come back on if we tried. Other company got us sorted and warm for $60. Update: carbon monoxide was checked by other company and all was fine. Your tech never communicated anything about that risk when here. I returned your call. Thanks.

They both were knowledge and helpful. Excellent work! Eric in sales was honest, fair and amazing and I will definitely call him again in the future. Roxy Gomez works in the office. She is an absolute pleasure. She is the most competent, friendly, and helpful representative I have ever encountered. I can't say enough good things about these employees. I will always use Garon T in the future.

He went above and beyond to assure my toilet would work again by using the process of elimination and trying to think outside the box. He even addressed another problem with my furnace that acted up again while he was here and fixed that before he left! Ken C was very thorough and knowledgeable and I am appreciative of his expertise and friendly personality!
