CRAZY pricing!! 5 times higher than what it should cost. I told him no way and they charged me $200 to give the estimate. Do NOT use them since they merged with Princeton Air. $1500 for 1/2 hour worth of work for a dishwasher?? I ended up getting the dishwasher installed by Lowe’s for $220 and ran the water line myself which took an hour and 1/2.

I could/would not consider spending the money to install a light which I had purchased. In effect this venture cost me $150 for nothing. We have little doubt, however, that this project would have been completed already if we lived in a larger, high-end property than a townhouse. Very dismayed by the treatment.

I mull over the upfront $15,000 expenses and consider potential disruptions down the road during the snow season. The decision is moving forward and will result in a more efficient unit for the immediate Winter and possibly a worry-free Summer when the AC unit is running. Christian explains the pros and cons that make sense and are a no-brainer. The removal of the old York unit and its replacement with the Carrier unit is smooth, and the whole process, including testing the new thermostat, takes about 8 hours to complete. It's been running smoothly, and I am pleased with the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Christian again for a similar project.
