They never even stood up from their seat and, without listening to my request, simply said they couldn’t do anything and didn’t have what I needed. I expected a much more professional and helpful attitude.

I'm going to tell you an instant I went on a job in a contractor canceled rooms on me and I was stuck with the material because I'm not paying a 25% stock in charge and lose a quarter of my profit not only that the contractor made me take it off my bill so I lost on both ends

Only down side, I requested two samples of tiles and was assured I'd get them within a week, but I waited three 3 weeks with many phone calls in between and what I finally received was the wrong samples which caused a delay in my order. We did end up selectig a floor and back splash tile from here.
