He is a good listener and was able to diagnose an obvious fault with one of the components on our gas fired hot water heater. The heater has working well since. The heater had been worked on by another company, also friendly and polite service, but failed after (2) service calls and many hundreds of dollars, so I felt it time to get another set of eyes on the water heater.

Work was done professionally and they checked in throughout the install to ensure placement was satisfactory. The entire area was cleaned up and they walked me through all the work prior to leaving for the day. Once again I love Jerms and the crew is spectacular.
