They came out replaced the part that was supposed to stop the controller needing to be reset $240. A few days later same problem all they were concerned about is the extra overtime charge because it's Jan. 2nd. We agreed they would call on the third instead of extra charges. They never returned the call. Instead of worring so much about charging me extra how about taking some ownership in that you've charged me twice for misdiagnosing the problem? Or returning calls as promised? I will try your competition.

He was extremely thorough and professional. He allowed me to watch the diagnosis process over his shoulder in order to better my understanding of exactly what was happening, and what needed to be done. He also gave me some great tips on how to regularly maintain the unit to keep it running in top shape. I would highly recommend this company to any commercial or residential customer. This isn't my first time using Skovron and certainly won't be my last.
