I was questioning some of my ideas and he offered his professional advice, which I went with, and it looks perfect. The cost came in thousands under budget. I’m so very, very happy i chose to travel an hour away to go to Universal Direct Factory. Couldn’t be happier with the appointment, the design, the price, and the quality of cabinets.

He helped us layout our drawings and gave is a good time frame to order in order to get the best price. He gave us some suggestions on the parts we weren’t sure about and he was helpful with reaching out to the manufacturer when we needed something extra that we overlooked. Universal Factory Direct was a great choice and gave us an amazing price. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.
