- RSRaymond Saulnier5 days ago4.0Joined the Heat plan for service of our Rannai propane heat system with on Demand hot water. My disappointment came when he was all completed an picked up in 20min. In the 5 years we’ve been here, the first co. That serviced it was very good, but he was too busy to come back the next year, and that’s when I heard about your company and had you service from that point forward. The service tech last year was very good, and even changed a couple of small items to avoid any leaks and even left the spare gaskets for future use. He spent well over an hour for his cleaning. I told Eric that the hot water control valve was sticking once before, and the other tech removed an replaced or serviced it, I can’t remember which, Not an issue now, but not fun when you lose it. He didn’t seem concerned. The other tech said it’s common with this type of unit. After Eric left, I realized he never asked about any service on the 3 Mitsubishi wall units. There ac/heat units. I’ve always cleaned the filters 2 a year, but not sure about drains. Not used a lot in summer & winter, but they save on propane from sept-oct & April on… Overall Eric reflected confidence and very Professional, but my comments reflect my questions after he left. After starting my own business many years ago, and sold it an retired in 2016, to my top leader that was with me for 22 years. I really appreciate how you run yours, but if know one does what I just did,, you’ll have a harder time staying on top. Thank you for caring to know……. Ray Saulnier
- MMMekeel McBrideNov 14, 20255.0Trevor from Pettigrew arrived on time. An exceptionally nice young man. He fills me in on the possible outcomes for my leaking sink and semi-clogged bathtub. Though the sink is probably from the 1950s he miraculously found a washer to fit it. That problem solved. The tub was a little trickier. He will send an estimate for the work that needs to be done. Very happy with his work. A really good guy.

I got a text saying he was on his way about 20 minutes before the appointment, and he was there on time He seemed kind of young, and I was worried I was getting the B team if you know what I mean Much to Mike, pleasant surprise, he was extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. You always worry that people are trying to rip you off, saying all kinds of things need to be done that really don’t. I know a little about HVAC systems and suggested that the circulation pump was bad. He could’ve run with that and Replaced it, without me thinking anything untoward about it, After all, I suggested that repair. He pointed out that it was a much simpler problem, and fixed it in minutes. He did suggest I replace the valve In question, but in no way tried to sell me on it, So I’m going to have it done on the subsequent visit because I trust him. When I schedule that replacement, I am going to specifically request him, although I suspect he’s not the only There I would feel that way about.
