Every time, whether repairs or a full rough in to finish, we are blown away by their knowledge, warmth and workmanship.( Daunte and Tony) Today was no different. We had an upstairs toilet to replace, a leaky facet and drain in the tub. Connar arrived, quickly established a rapport with the dogs as I explained. He quickly diagnosed the issues with the tub and toilet. Unfortunately, the cartridge for the tub faucet had to be ordered. It will be here today. Hope he comes back. Thank you Connar

Perfect service via email...felt I was in capable hands, and the scheduling was easy and timely. Steve Gray, the technician, showed up today and I was 100% impressed. He is kind and professional and well spoken and knowledgable, and he walked me through each step of the repair. From Steve putting on boot covers before coming into the house to having me sign the bill, I was happy. It's good to find a family-run company with pleasant employees who do their job well and who leave their customers wanting more. Thank you and best, RW
