First, was to have the roof done, with new facia and soffit put in at the same time. The crew stayed at our home until 7pm, ensuring all the work got done. The price was the best we got from a few different vendors. Second, we needed an exterior door changed, after another contracted ghosted us. Dave and his crew got us on the schedule ASAP. The project ended up being pretty involved and they were through it tackling every problem in a timely manner. We are now looking at having them back in the spring to do siding. If you need any exterior work done on your home gives this guys a call. This is all coming from a first time homeowner, with an old house.

Dillon was great about getting my quote out right away and as soon as I gave them the go-ahead they were there to get it done. They did a great job. Took about 1/2 day and the job site was cleaned up when they left. In addition, Dillon inspected the rest of the shingles with his drone and found them to still be in very good condition. He upgraded my ridge vent to a much more open design so I should get increased ventilation. Not speaking for other companies, but Dillon did not try to up-sell me a whole roof job, but instead, recommended the best plan of action for repairs. Well done Dillon!

We try to accommodate our clients’ schedules when we plan a roofing project. You will receive a call or email 1-3 days before your installation letting you know what day we are planning on starting, as well as when your materials will arrive.
What time will the Sentry Roofing crew arrive at my home?
Our crews start early in the morning, generally arriving on location between 7-8 a.m. After tarping the house, it will get a little loud as the old shingles begin being torn off the house. Some small animals get a little nervous, but in our experience, they settle down soon thereafter.
Do I need to be home during my roof installation?
No, you do not need to be home! We understand that most homeowners are busy rushing their kids out of the house for school and then they're off to work in the morning. The only thing we may need is a source of power. If you have an outdoor outlet, just double-check that it works! Otherwise, if you can leave an extension cord out a window or under the garage door that we can connect to, we will be all set!
What time will the Sentry Roofing crew finish my roof installation?
Most roofing projects are completed within 1-2 days. In the summer, when the days are long, it is not abnormal for the crew to stay until nearly 8 pm to complete your installation and make sure the clean-up is perfect.
Do I need to remove items from my porch or yard during my roofing project?
The Sentry Roofing crew will move anything that may be in the way and put it in a safe place while your installation is in process. It’s not a bad idea to remove anything fragile or valuable from your interior walls as the walls sometimes shake slightly during the installation process. You may also want to cover any valuables in your attic as (depending on the type of construction) some shingle debris and dust can fall through the cracks and end up in your attic.
Where will the dumpster be placed and when will it be removed?
The dumpster normally arrives the day before or the morning of the installation and is placed in your yard or driveway. Our skilled dumpster truck drivers will find the best place that works for both you and our crew. The dumpster is generally removed from the job site one business day after your job is completed.
There is material left over, does that mean I overpaid?
No. We always try to send a little extra material for every job. Some roofs have a higher “waste” factor than others and determining the exact waste factor is sometimes tricky. We prefer to have plenty of material on site and ready to be used rather than running around at the end of the day.
My job is complete. How and when do I pay?
Once your job is complete you will get an invoice from our office manager. There will be full payment instructions as well as a chance to leave a review. You do not need to give a check to the installers unless you prefer to do so.
