Also cleaned up the mess very professional gentleman. He explained that Sanford does alot of things not just heating repairs and installation. I’ll be reaching out to Sanford for more work in the future.

Our technician, Mike L., was friendly and very professional, quickly did his troubleshooting, determined the problem, and, since he came prepared, had the right part on the truck. He replaced the igniter, reassembled the unit, and all was right with the world! Well, at least all was right with my heating unit!
