  Ken at Master Link Fence in Manchester NH trespassed on my property and tore my chain link fence down without approval or authorization. I approached him asking why he was removing my fence and he told me to go inside as my “landlord” hired him to remove the fence which is not the case as I own the property-there is no landlord. I again explained that I owned the property and had not hired him nor approved him to take my fence down. He insisted I was confused and he stated he had worked on my property previously in the recent past which is not accurate as I have lived here for 9 years and never hired him He refused to leave until I called the police and will not restore my fence despite admitting he made a mistake and was at the wrong property. He damaged my fence dug three large holes in my yard and began threatening me when I told him I would call the police. He frightened my son and has no blocked my phone number refusing to fix the damage he caused. He is not a professional business man, he made a mistake and instead of doing the right thing and fixing the fence he’s threatening I’ll be sorry if I pursue further action. All I asked was that he fix the fence he took down in error but he refuses. Be aware he also did not contact dig safe prior to digging three large holes in my yard and as a fence company he should be completing the dug safe notification process before digging in the ground

  We used Ken 10 years ago to install a wooden fence around our yard to keep our escape artist Siberians from getting out. He did a fantastic job at the time. After a decade of normal weathering to the existing wooden fence we decided to upgrade to vinyl. Ken was very responsive and quick to get us a proposal and we finally decided to move forward. In just 2.5 days he removed and disposed the old fence and installed the new one flawlessly. It looks great. He even went so far to fill in a couple of massive holes my dogs have dug recently I haven't had a chance to deal with. I'd recommend Master Link to anyone.

  I have used Master Link Fence for over 30 years. Ken has always been my first choice for quality installation of my stockade, chain link and vinyl fencing. Yes I have purchased all of these through Master Link Fence. Ken is an honest businessman who bends over backwards to make sure that his clients are completely satisfied with his work and service. No job is too small or big, he is the best ever!

  A professional, hard working man. Super impressive workmanship, and is extremely accommodating when finances are a restriction. Helped find the best situation to help fit our budget, and left a beautiful finished product. Would recommend to anyone looking for fencing of any type

  The owner of Master Link Fence, Ken, is a "Snake oil salesman, stay away from him, he installed a vinyl fence on my property, the fence was suppose to be "brand new, the fence was Damaged and Defective, the entire fence including some of the fence posts are covered in scratches, yet he claimed it was a new fence, one fence panel has a dent in it, another panel, is all wrinkled and has knots in it , he never once checked any part of the fence before he installed it, or even after, not one time, did he check the fence after he was done, he never once addressed my concerns, about the scratches, the dent or the wrinkled panel with the knots in it, he said NOTHING, except that he was tired and hungry, I paid him partial payment and he left, I called him a few days later, and let him know he was not going to receive the rest of what I owed him because NOW, I have to pay someone to come repair/replace some of the fence. Learn from me folks, STAY AWAY fom this company I am TOTALLY dissatisfied with him and his product. Dissatisfied in manchester NH
