Stopped in this morning for some ice melt after a big box store once again let me down and faked to deliver to my home. I was warmly greeted by the folks behind the counter and we had a great chat about some upcoming projects I’m planning. The cashier walked me through the process for collecting my 150# of ice melt via their drive thru lumber yard. It was my first time shopping there and accidentally went down the wrong lane in the drive thru but everyone was kind and gracious- I was so embarrassed & worried I was going to get the standard New England style scolding for my oversight. But the gentleman who assisted me with loading my ice melt and the cashier were both so lovely- thank you for that. I am done with the big box home improvement stores and will be shopping here from now on!
