Delivery and setting of the home as well as land clearing, drilling the well and providing water service to the home was efficient. Despite the difficulties of constructing and finishing a home just after the Covid Pandemic the workmanship was top quality. SMH addressed any concerns in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. They really care about pleasing and taking care of their clients.
